My stay at B&B Piazza Duomo far exceeded my already high expectations. The kind attitude towards my elderly parents was truly heartwarming, ensuring their comfort throughout our visit. The heating was so efficient, providing a cozy retreat from the Tuscan chill, while the air conditioning kept us cool during the warmer afternoons. The sitting area was a perfect spot to unwind, and the terrace offered breathtaking views of the historic cathedral. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a much-appreciated modern convenience. I must commend the staff for promptly addressing the minor issue we encountered, showcasing their dedication to exceptional guest satisfaction.
